LAHORE - PML-N is yet to decide on Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Dost Muhammad Khosa's inclusion in the provincial cabinet after his resignation, a step necessary for the party's President Shahbaz Sharif to become the next chief minister. Khosa will formally resign on June 9, when Shahbaz Sharif will take oath as member Punjab Assembly. Insiders revealed that after Shahbaz Sharif's notification by Election Commission, declaring that he has been elected unopposed from Bhakker, the party bigwigs met to finalise future line of action, including what the party can offer to the outgoing Chief Minister Khosa. The meeting was attended by all MPAs and MNAs-elect. PML-N Punjab President Sardar Zulfiqar Khosa, father of Dost Khosa was also present.   But before the meeting could reached any decision with respect to Khosa, it was terminated. Some party leaders believed that includsion of CM Dost Khosa in Shahbaz's Cabinet after serving as the chief minister would be a ridiculous move. They said that it never happened in the history that a person who, enjoyed the seat of CM, accepted a ministry. They suggested that though Khosa acted as stopgap of Shahbaz and he was bound to relinquish his seat for his leader. But it would be better for the respectable image of party that Dost be awarded a respectable office in the party. To the contrary some participants of the meeting favoured his inclusion in the cabinert to benefit from his experience. They are of the opinion that he should be included in the cabinet as he is still in the beginning of his career.
