RAWALPINDI District Coordination Officer (DCO) Imdad Ullah Bosal said that the condition of Gymkhana Club would be improved by making swimming pool, squash and tennis courts to provide better sports facilities to the members. He said that in this regard a master plan has also been prepared which would also be beneficial for the clubs members. DCO Imdad Ullah Bosal said this while addressing a meeting on Friday held in connection with development projects of Gymkhana Club here. General Manager Gymkhana Saddat Cheema, Assitant Manager Chaudhry Maqbool Ahmed, Executive District Officer (EDO) Finance Saqib Manan, EDO Works Muhamamd Munir, SES Highways Ghulam Abbas Khan and DCO staff officer Malik Muhammad Sher attended the meeting. DCO Imdad Ullah Bosal said that at present some 240 members have enrolled with Gymkhana Club Rawalpindi and authorities concerned were making all out efforts to offer the members excellent sports facilities. He said that the new cases for getting Gymkhana Club membership would be solved soon. Imdad Ullah Bosal informed that Gymkhanas consultant architect Pervez Mirza would present a master plan on Monday in which the development schemes would be discussed. DCO directed the club management to improve their services. He also appointed EDO Finance Saqib Manan as focal person to redress the problems of club members. During the meeting the detail of necessary items would be sent to Chief Secretary Punjab in order to provide maximum facilities to the guests and members.
