LONDON - Two British politicians got a stern telling off in parliament for “fiddling ostentatiously” with their mobile phones during a debate. House of Commons speaker John Bercow scolded Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt and Deputy Commons leader Therese Coffey over their “discourteous” behaviour during a discussion on National Health Service bursaries on Wednesday. Clips of the two being told their actions were “impairing parliamentary decorum” were posted across social media drawing millions of clicks. Hunt is currently in a long-running dispute with junior doctors over their new contracts.
