TheNation Monitoring KARACHI - Former Sindh home minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza Saturday alleged that PPP ministers in Sindh government Manzoor Wasan, Pir Mazharul Haq, Agha Siraj Durrani and Zahid Bhurgry 'are all corrupt. Talking to a private TV programme on Saturday, he claimed that a meeting held in the past at Governor House in Karachi had decided that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) would have 40 per cent share (in the bounty) while Pakistan Peoples Party would get 60 percent. Mirza alleged that Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wasan, Education Minister Pir Mazharul Haq, Local Government Miniter Agha Siraj Durrani and Fisheries Minister Zahid Ali Bhurgry are all corrupt and 'today is a happy day because it marks the end of local government system in Sindh. I congratulate the people of Sindh on their moral victory over restoration of Commissionerate System, he said. He urged the PPP and its government to listen to the cries of the people and warned against bring an interim set-up. The former Sindh home minister also alleged that millions of rupees were either embezzled or misappropriated under the Local Government System while lands were illegally occupied.
