Rawalpindi: Judge Khalid Mehmood Ranjha of Accountability Court (AC) has again issued summons of official witness in illegal assets reference against former president Asif Ali Zardari, due to his non presence in the court.
Farooq H Naik, counsel for former president Asif Ali Zardari did not appear in the court, during the hearing of the case today, while Arshid Tabrez advocate appeared during the hearing. Official witness once again did not appear before the court. The judge while issuing the summons of official witness again adjourned the hearing of the case, till November, 11.
