The Benazir Income Support Programme is the only source to provide free money to the poor residents of the city in Turbat. Unfortunately, card holders are facing hardships due to lack of proper functioning ATM machines. The present ATMs are often found to be out of order. Even the workers in (BISP) are unable to avail this facility themselves. This is creating problems especially for the people as they wait for a long time until the ATM becomes operational. I request the government to provide functional ATM machines to the Benazir Income Support Programme beneficiaries.
