LAHORE - The Lahore Bar Association (LBA) has decided to continue its strike against the police torture on lawyers and the four FIRs registered against them in different City police stations. The LBA lawyers on Tuesday said that they would continue their strike against the manhandling of lawyers by the police and the registration of FIRs against them in Islampura and Old Anarkali police stations. They demanded that the FIRs registered against the lawyers be withdrawn forthwith otherwise they would continue their strike. They also demanded punishment to those policemen who launched torture on the lawyers at bar room and on roads during their rally for the transfer of D&SJ Lahore.
