LAHORE - Senior Executive Vice President (Business) Tariq Salman and General Manager (Consumer) Irfan Chaudhry visited different exchanges of Lahore region. The SEVP appreciated staff work and said that due to efforts of staff the fault ratio has been decreased considerably. He vowed that fault ratio would be made zero very soon. He advised officers to improve their attitude with customers and resolve their problems on the spot immediately. He emphasised field staff to install more new telephone and DSL connections for the generation of revenue. In this regard, PTCL has established the One Stop shops in different areas of Lahore for customers and providing telecommunication facilities under one roof, he added.
