Pakistan Army Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has issued a statement that Pakistan security agencies are not involved in Kunduz attack, according to Waqt News.

“Afghan allegations are baseless,” the statement read.

ISPR further states that these kinds of allegations showcase an irresponsible attitude on Afghanistan’s part.

“Pakistan believes in negotiations with the involvement of the Afghan people,” the ISPR asserted.

Northern Afghan city Kunduz was captured by Afghan Taliban during the fresh upsurge of attacks. This development proves a major loophole in Afghan security strategy, according to regional experts. It depicted the constantly lurking threat of Taliban. After the attack, Afghan authorities had started to blame Pakistan for the Taliban insurgency.
