LAHORE - Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar is leaving for Dubai today on two-day visit to the UAE.

During his stay, the governor will address a gathering of expatriate Pakistanis on Friday (today) at Al Masa Ballroom, DeiraSheraton Hotel at 7:30pm.

The function at DeiraSheraton is being organised in connection with Pakistan Independence Day celebrations, according to Abdul Wahid Pakistan’s Press Consular in Dubai.

Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Muhammad Iqbal would assume responsibilities as governor in Sarwar’s absence.
