LAHORE – At least 14 persons were wounded, a few of them seriously, when the van they were travelling in turned turtle near Governors’ House here at The Mall on early Friday, police and rescue workers said.
According to Rescue-1122 officials, the van carrying the employees of a local school to Alhamra Hall turned turtle in front of Governors’ House. As a result, 14 employees of the school were injured. The rescue 1122 rushed to the spot soon after the accident and shifted the injured to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
