MIRPUR (AJK): - The governmental, domestic and commercial power consumers are the defaulters of Rs. 860 million across Mirpur city division, official sources said. The arrears of the electricity bills including Rs. 600 million against the government department consumers, Rs. 160 million  against domestic consumers and Rs. 100 million against the commercial consumers in the division are payale, said Tahir Ratayal, Executive Engineer, AJK Electricity Department, City Division.He said that 15 mobile recovery teams headed by Sub Engineer in charge of the concerned aream, have been constituted in the division for recovery of the arrears.
Meanwhile, at the first leg of the drive to recover the arrears, stringent action will be taken against whom the amount of over Rs. 50 thousand each is pending as arrears of the consumption of electricity.
