LAHORE: Punjab Minister for Agriculture Dr Farrukh Javed on Tuesday visited Punjab University Institute of Agricultural Sciences (IAGS). PU Vice Chancellor Dr Mujahid Kamran, Director IAGS Prof Dr Saleem Haider, Director Information Agriculture Department Rafiq Ahkter, Senior Technical Officer Agriculture Dr Ghazanfar Ali and faculty members were present on the occasion.  IAGS Director Dr Saleem Haider gave a detailed presentation regarding the institute, academics and research projects. Dr Farrukh lauded the role of IAGS and said that the research projects being carried out at IAGS would help improve agriculture sector.–Staff Reporter
