Unfortunately, we live in an unjust and hypocritical society. Here, values like honesty, truthfulness, righteousness and humility are not promulgated but foul practices like deception, duplicity, double-dealing and fraud are promoted. The more we submit ourselves to these social ills, the more we progress and achieve. These negative values are of particular prominence in public sector institutions. Most people who have power and authority in these organisations are corrupted by their avaricious motives. Honest and dedicated citizens have to fight the battle of their survival while those engaging in heinous crimes get their way through everything. Hypocrisy is the dilemma of our society.
