ISLAMABAD - Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attacks and bomb blasts saying it is brutal to take lives of the innocent people through such acts of savagery. He expressed these views while talking to a delegation of the central political leaders of PTI who called on him Sunday. He also emphasized the fact that it was the prime responsibility of the government to ensure the safety of its people under all circumstances. He went on to say that it was due to the wrong policies of the past as well as the incumbent governments that have put the life of an ordinary citizen of Pakistan in danger. He reiterated that the key to attain peace lay in resumption of the dialogue process instead of using force against the citizens. The delegation also condoled with the PTI Chairman the tragic death of Maj Gen Bilal Omar who embraced martyrdom in the terrorist attack on Prade Lane mosque situated in the military residential area of Rawalpindi.
