QUETTA: The Rangers and Frontier Corps on Wednesday claimed to have arrested five key suspects and seized a huge quantity of arms, ammunition, and explosive material from their possession in Barkhan area of Quetta.

The Rangers and FC conducted joint search operation in Barkhan and arrested five key suspects and seized eight rocket launchers, 8 hand grenades, five mortar bomb, six fuses and four SMGs and explosive material from their possession. 

The suspects were wanted in cases related to attacks on government officials, target killing and ransom. They were shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation after being taken into custody.
