MIRPURKHAS - A bike rider was killed while another was seriously injured in a road accident on Tarani Link Road near Mirwah Gorchani late Tuesday night.

A speeding bike collided with a donkey cart coming from the opposite direction as a result of which 30-year-old bike rider Akbar Marri, resident of village Ghulam Qadir Marri, died on the spot while the donkey cart holder Eisa Kumhar, sustained serious injuries, and was rushed to Rural Health Center (RHC) in Mirwah Gorchani for the provision of first aid. Later, he was admitted in the hospital. Body of the deceased was also brought to RHC by police and was handed over to his family after the completion of legal formalities.
