ISLAMABAD (Online) - Revival of talks and solution of Kashmir, water dispute and other issues between India and Pakistan will impact on the situation in Afghanistan and war against terrorism, foreign office spokesman Abdul Basit said on Saturday. Normalcy in Pak-India relations would affect the whole region, Basit told Xinhua. However, he said, contents of talks between India and Pakistan are not clear so far and Pakistan is trying to know details of the Indian offer for talks, adding that it would be too early to say something conclusive. India Thursday offered to hold foreign secretary-level talks with Pakistan that could mark resumption in bilateral dialogue suspended after the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
