QUETTA - Five people, including a Punjabi settler and a woman, were killed and two others wounded in different incidents of firing in Balochistan.According to police, two gunmen stormed a barbershop and killed Fayyaz Ahmed, a resident of Rahim Yar Khan, and Kashmir Khan, a local, in Nushki town on Sunday.Police rushed to the site and cordoned off the area. “It appears to be a case of target killing as the main target was barber Fayyaz Ahmed,” a police official said. Fayyaz Ahmed had sustained wounds in a similar attack two years ago. Calling from an undisclosed location, defunct Baloch Liberation Army spokesman claimed responsibility for the attack.In another incident, a man killed his wife and a man for “honour” in Dhadar area of district Kachhi. The Levies Forces said Muhammad Nawaz shot dead his wife and a man and fled. The bodies were taken to hospital for autopsy. Moreover, a person was gunned down and another injured in Dera Allayar town of Jaffarabad district.Unknown motorcyclists shot dead Zubair and wounded another two. Police moved the dead and injured to hospital. However, motive behind the killing is to be ascertained as yet.
