RAWALPINDI- According to Pakistan army spokesperson Major General Asim Bajwa, the military courts established as part of the National Action Plan will now start hearing terrorism cases.
The military received some cases from the Interior Ministry. The armed forces will initiate the military courts by hearing the 12 cases that have been brought forth.
After the attack on Army Public School in Peshawar, the 21st amendment was passed in the parliament to facilitate the formation of military courts to try militants.
