SYDNEY - Rising Australia pace star James Pattinson will miss the rest of the Test series against India with a foot injury, team officials said on Friday. Pattinson, 21, who has taken 21 wickets in his first four Tests and has been man-of-the-match twice, has a stress injury in his left foot and needs a spell out of the game, officials said.
It continues Australia's wretched run of injuries to their leading pace bowlers with Mitchell Johnson, Pat Cummins and until recently Ryan Harris out of action.
