LAHORE Ten officers of the All Pakistan Unified Group have vacated their official residences in GOR-I in June. Eight out of ten belong to the District Management Group (DMG) and remaining two from Police Service of Pakistan (PSP). It is pertinent to point out that DMG Officers including Shahzad Hassan Pervaiz, Taimur Azmat Osman, G.M. Sikander, Dr Liaquat Ali Khan Niazi, Mian Ijaz, Cap. (R) Khalid Sultan and Iftikhar Ahmad have voluntarily vacated their residences. Among them, Shahzad Hassan Pervaiz, GM Sikander, Dr Liaquat Ali Khan Niazi, Captain (retd) Khalid Sultan and Iftikhar Ahmed have retired from the government service while Taimur Azmat Osman and Mian Ijaz are presently serving in the Federal Government and therefore they have vacated their official residences in Lahore. Similarly, two former Inspectors General of Police Punjab namely Ahmad Naseem and Dr Azhar Hassan Nadeem have also vacated their residences in the GOR-I Lahore after reaching the age of superannuation.
