As many as 400 prisoners housed in Adiala jail have submitted an application seeking to cast their vote through postal ballots in the July 25 polls.

The inmates desiring to exercise their right to franchise submitted the application to the jail authorities.

The application for the postal ballots was later forwarded to the district returning officer (DRO) concerned.
