Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani has said that a meeting of the Implementation Commission on 18th Constitutional Amendment to be presided over by him would be held in the next few days. The meeting would be attended by the Chief Ministers of the Provinces and the members of the Implementation Commission with a view to expedite the same at the earliest. The Prime Minister was talking to Senator Mian Raza Rabbani and Federal Ministers Qamar Zaman Kaira, Syed Khurshid Shah, Raja Parvez Ashraf and Nazar Muhammad Gondal who called on him at the Prime Minister House here Sunday evening. The Prime Minister stressed the need for providing relief and rescue to the population affected by the cyclone in the coastal areas of the country. The Prime Minister directed the concerned authorities to work in tandem for handling the emergency situation in the cyclone hit areas and provide all out help and assistance. The meeting also reviewed the current situation in the country.
