An anti-terrorism court in Karachi on Friday awarded death sentence to Shahrukh Jatoi, the central accused in Shahzeb murder case, and his accomplice Siraj Talpur.
Lawyer and family members of Shahrukh Jatoi have decided to challenge the decision in High Court.
Shahzeb, the only son of DSP Orangzeb, was shot dead in December last year in Defence area of Karachi over a petty dispute.

After prolonged hearings of the case in Supreme Court and ATC in Karachi, the ATC finally delivered its verdict on Friday.
It awarded death penalty to Jatoi and Siraj Talpur, another prime accused in the case, and life imprisonment to Sajjad Talpur and Murtaza Lashari who were also accused in the murder.
All the four accused appeared before the court on Thursday. They were also fined Rs0.5 million each.
