President Zardari approved on Saturday the appointment of Justice Mohammad Bilal Khan as new Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC). The Chief Justice of IHC Justice Sardar Aslam, who was to be retired on March 8, has been appointed judge in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Justice Mohammad Bilal Khan was part of the apex court's bench that disqualified Sharif brothers.
