LAHORE – The civil judges of Aiwan-e-Adl District Courts were on Tuesday compelled to boycott the court work when some lawyers misbehaved with one of them after denial of relief on force.
As per reports, the judges went on strike after some angry lawyers hijacked, locked the courtroom of civil judge Saif Ullah by driving him (the judge) out of the court. The civil judge was hearing a case against LDA and lawyers asked him to delay the case but the judge refused to do so.
The denial of the ‘favourite relief’ annoyed the group of about three lawyers. They, afterwards, came with their colleagues and misbehaved with judge after exchanging harsh words.
