It is difficult to believe that helicopters could enter Pakistansair space without being detected for 40 minutes. PAF planesdid scramble immediately but it appears they did not getclearance from the top to intercede. If Zardari can tell the US togo ahead with Drone attacks and notworry about collateraldamage, he could have done thesame here.
