Rawalpindi - Police arrested two prayer leaders of different mosques after filing cases against them over violation of Punjab sound system regulation ordinance 2015, informed police on Wednesday.

According to details, police arrested two prayer leaders of Jamia Masjid Gulzar-e-Habib and Jamia Masjid Bahar-e-Madina after registration of cases against them on account of violating ban on use of loud speakers. The detained prayer leaders were identified as Qari Shafique-Ur-Rehman and Qari Muhammad Wasim.

Meanwhile, police conducted raid at an internet cafe and apprehended a total of 10 people who were busy watching porno movies. A case was registered against them.

According to details, police raided at Sarhad Internet Cafe at Chamanzar Colony and arrested 10 people on account of watching porno movies. Those who were held by police were identified as Zahid, Amir, Mukhtar, Babar, Jamil, Waqar, Fahad, Waqas, Adnan and Khurram Shehzad. Police produced all the accused before a court of law which sent them to Adiala Jail on judicial remand.
