The government of Pakistan, just like previous governments, is making very tall claims about the expected economic benefits which will result from the numerous agreements between Pakistan and China. The figures have always been exaggerated for political reasons. However this time the volume of economic benefits is so huge that even if 50% of it materializses a new Pakistan will emerge. And I must say that the path to new Pakistan goes from the corridors of a strong economy not public demonstrations.
