MUZAFFARABAD: A Pakistani policeman was killed and two persons were injured in unprovoked firing and shelling by Indian troops in Nakyal sector of Kotli district across the Line of Control (LoC) on Monday.

Indian forces targeted civilian settlements in Soban village at around 8:00 am. Pakistan army troops also responded to the unprovoked Indian shelling. The deceased policeman has been identified as Imtiaz.
