Umair sets sight at Mr Pakistan title

LAHORE Pakistans national Mr Junior Sheikh Umair Ashraf has set his sight at Mr Pakistan title. The competition will be held in December and he has planned a training session for the competition. Umair, who won the Muscle Mania and National Junior title, will be training former Mr Pakistan Muhammad Hanif. He also credited Hanif and Mr Pakistan Shoaib Zahoor for the status he was now enjoying in the game. He also pointed out that several young bodybuilders to gain extra muscles use medicine which is very harmful for the players. He also asked for government support for the game and advised the youth to turn towards bodybuilding for good health. He further said that if he won the title of Mr Pakistan he would try to compete in international competitions to bring laurels for the country.
