Indian PM has blamed Pakistan for being an epicenter of terrorism in the region. India has been habitual in blaming Pakistan for every incident which happens, but if we look in the past there are many examples of India nurturing anti-Pakistan sentiments. Recent spate of LoC violations by India, water aggression, explosive revelations by former Indian Army Chief Gen V K Singh about TSD (Technical Staff Division) and funding of puppet ministers in IHK by Indian Army in late September 2013, then in mid-July 2013 when SatishVerma, member of Central Bureau of Investigation, revealed that both 2001 attack on Indian parliament and the 2008 Mumbai attacks were engineered by RAW.

The September 2012 strong position adopted by Indian Army Chief Gen Bikram Singh vis-à-vis Siachen against Indian PM statement to reduce tensions and restraint and positive steps taken by Pakistan are the facets of India’s so called ‘commitment’ to resolve issues with Pakistan. All these incidents necessitate for Indian Govt to first put their own house in order before blaming Pakistan.
