Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar and High Commissioner of Sri Lanka Air Chief Marshall Jayalath Weerakkody met Friday and agreed on holding the foreign secretaries level consultations. They discussed matters of mutual interest to both counties and agreed holding of 10th session of Joint Economic Commission, says a Foreign Office press release issued here.They agreed that President Zardaris recent visit to Sri Lanka has laid the solid basis for further strengthening bilateral relations, especially through mutually beneficial economic relations. The Minister of State expressed her satisfaction at the level of cooperation between the two countries.
