Three labourers received burnt injuries when a paint manufacturing factory caught fire in Sham Nagar area here in Lahore on Monday.
The fire engulfed the entire building due to presence of chemicals in the factory.
The rescue and fire brigade personnel reached the spot and controlled the fire. The rescue teams rescued two other persons trapped in the fire safely. The injured were shifted to nearby hospital.
The fire destroyed the boundary wall of the factory while some nearby buildings were partially damaged.
Rescue sources said the fire erupted in the factory after CNG kit of a car, parked in its garage exploded.
