ISLAMABAD - General Rashad Mahmood, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), Monday left for an official visit to Sri Lanka, said a statement issued by the ISPR.
It said that during the visit the chairman would hold high-level talks with civil and military dignitaries including President of Sri Lanka, Malinda Rajapaksa, Gamini Lakshman Peiris, minister of external affairs, Secretary Defence Gen J Jayasuriya, Chief of Defence Staff, Lt Gen RM Daya Ratrayake, Commander Sri Lankan Army, Vice Admiral Jayanath, Commander Sri Lanka Navy, and Air Marshal Gunatilleka, Commander Sri Lankan Air Forces.
