Proactive Home Minister

I had a bad experience at the passport office lately when a crowd of very old people were waiting despondently for passport renewal in Lahore. I had written a letter in this regard in the daily Pakistan To-Day which was quickly published. Eventually I obtained my new passport though the proactive attitude of our Home Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan whose private secretary informed me on telephone that the Home Minister had ordered that all passport offices should make a new line for prospective passport holders over 70 years of age to reduce congestion at the passport offices for senior citizens who are considered over 60 years of age at present to qualify for senior citizens. The prompt action of Home Minister is appreciated which is a rare phenomenon in our culture. All kudos to the Home Minister who is reported to be a hard task master and an efficient one par excellence.
