Rejecting the allegation of confiscating Rs 1.5 billion local and foreign assets by President Zardari, the Presidency spokesman Farhatullah Babar said that the accusation was 10-year old which was politically motivated. According to the spokesman, no accusation against President Zardari and Benazir Bhutto (shaheed) was proved in any court while million of rupees from the national treasure were spent to prove this accusation and the investigation was held in many countries.
