Shady deals

One can’t believe a news anchor and senior journalist’s claim that Nawaz Sharif, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, has filled in his kitty millions of dollars as commission in a landmark and unprecedented deal signed recently under which Turkey will provide Pakistan with 34 ‘T-37 fighter cum training aircraft and its spare parts on a gratis basis.” The agreement was signed after the conclusion of the 11th Meeting of the Pakistan-Turkey High Level Military Dialogue Group (HLMDG) in Ankara. From Pakistan’s side, the agreement was signed by Director General Defence Procurement Major General Naveed Ahmed while from the Turkish side; Chief of Logistics Major General Serdar Gulbas signed the documents.
This is height of demonstration of love and affection on part of a close friend of Pakistan, Turkey, for the people of this country. We are really indebted to the Turkish people and their government, and so must be Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Not only the people and the government of Turkey, but the armed forces of Turkey have a very friendly and cordial relationship with the Pakistan armed forces and they fully recognize its role in the war against terrorism and they realize that the Pakistan armed forces need a great deal of defence cooperation. How could Nawaz Sharif get kickbacks and thus retard his image on the international level and in the eyes of brotherly country? This is unbelievable. It is impossible. I am great fan of him, but if he has done so, he will face my detestation to the hell.
