LAHORE - Pakistan Football Federation President Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat has approved Wapda's winger Jadeed Khan as Pakistan Under-21 team skipper which will take on Malaysia in the Qualifying Phase of the 30th Olympic Games Football Tournament on February 23 at Kuala Lumpur. Narowal-born Rizwan Asif (KRL) will act his deputy. The return leg will be arranged by the Pakistan Football Federation on March 9. Both the matches will follow age restriction - shall be born on or after January 1, 1989. It will be the seventh international event for Pathan who played the last Pakistan Premier League as Afghan FC's skipper scoring ten goals, and later on played vital role in giving Muhammad Habib-coached Wapda the gold in the 31st National Games with 12th minute winner against holders Army in semi-final on December 28, 2010.
