OKARA-Speakers expressed solidarity with the Kashmiri people, and said Pakistan would continue its full support to the freedom movement of the Kashmiri Muslims at all fronts.

Pakistan will continue providing moral and diplomatice to the Kashmiri brethren, they said addressing the Kashmir Conference on Kashmir Solidarity Day. The conference was also attended and addressed by Deputy Commissioner Saima Ahad, president of Markazi Anjuman Tajaran Saleem Sadiq, president of Vegetable Market Union Chaudhry Ashraf and others.

The speakers renewed their pledge to stand in unity with the Kashimiris in their freedom struggle. They said it tyrannical act of India against the right of self-determination of the people of Kashmir. They restated the words of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah that Kashmir if the jugular vein of Pakistan.

Leading a rally at Kashmir Day, Jamaat-e-Islami District Amir Chaudhry Rizwan Ahmad said that the Muslims had been fighting in Kashmir not for a piece of land but for the glory of Islam. He said the global intellectuals seemed blind as they could not see the problems of Kashmiri people.

The other JI leaders including Dr Liaqat Ali Kausar, Mian Falak Sher Kamyana district general secretary, city Amir Munib bin Masud, general secretary Farooq Sheikh and Youth Wing leaders also addressed.

They said India could not bury the efforts for freedom under soil being rendered by the Kahmiris. India’s 8 lakh army seemed helpless before the sacrifices of KASHMIRIS despite commission of all kinds of atrocities and tyrannies upon them by India. They said that the problem of Kashmir could only be solved through Jihad.
