Rawalpindi-A thematic play ‘Hai Haq Hamara Azadi’ was staged on Wednesday under auspices of Rawalpindi Arts Council to show Indian atrocities against innocent people of Kashmir.

The play was written by Saleem Afandi and directed by Sapna Shah, said the RAC spokesman. The play was staged in connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day.

The play was acted by senior artist Masood Khawaja, Waheed Minhas, Sapna Shah, Saleem Afandi, Jhalak Ali, Liaqat Shah, Tahir Sherazi, Fahad Sheikh, Usman, Anjum Abbasi, Raja Sattar, Akhtar and Ehsan Qureshi.

The main objective of the drama was to highlight the current situation of Indian Held Kashmir. The play also paid tribute to struggle of Kashmiri people for their right to self determination.
