India not serious in resolving Kashmir dispute: Geelani

In occupied Kashmir, the forum patronized by the veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani has said that Kashmir is a political issue that can be resolved through political means.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the spokesman of the forum in a statement in Srinagar said that New Delhi had been pursuing the policy of wait and watch vis-à-vis Kashmir. He deplored that India was neither changing its mindset nor making serious efforts to resolve the lingering dispute.
The spokesman pointed out that Indian army was running all affairs in the occupied territory and army generals were issuing statements more on political matters than those related to their professional responsibilities.
