LAHORE - PML-Likeminded Secretary General Humayun Akhtar Khan on Monday categorically denied he had given Rs 150 million to PML-N President Nawaz Sharif to secure a National Assembly seat for himself and a Senate seat for his brother, as alleged in a write up of a newspaper.“The truth is that not a penny was given for this purpose or any other purpose to anybody in the PML-N,” he said. He pointed out that PML-N and PML-Likeminded had signed a seat adjustment deal on May 12 last year under which 11 per cent of the general seats in the national and provincial assemblies would go to the latter. He said his negotiations with the PML-N leadership were for the whole party and not for himself or his brother.
