Kalbushan Yadav: Humanity and Law

India has smeared Pakistan’s humanitarian gesture allowing the spy-saboteur-terrorist, all in one, to meet his family. Although the international law does not so require consular access to Yadav, Pakistan even granted him consular access. Yadav case involves intricacies of conflict between municipal (domestic) and international law. In precedence to municipal law, if he had acted against the USA, Yadav would have been executed straightaway,

The divided Kashmir borders were softened to allow free movement of people and goods across the LOC. Yet, Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik was not allowed to see his family (wife Mishal and daughter Razia Sultana), even in Nepal. Does India regard all Kashmiris as spies and terrorists?
