Once again the 25 year old singer Taylor Swift proved  that she is a very charitable person.

When the 11 year old Naomi Oakes was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia she decided to fight it and chose Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” as her fighting tune.

Naomi’s family, on the 5th of Jul,y posted a video on YouTube telling Naomi’s story and that her treatment requires her to be hospitalized for six to nine months and that Naomi is heartbroken that she would have to miss Taylor Swift’s concert in Phoenix, Arizona, on August 18, which was supposed to be her Christmas present. The video basically asked people to help to get the video to Taylor and get a #TeamNaomi message from Swift on instagram.

Two days after the video was posted the “Shake it off” singer donated $50,000 to Naomi’s GoFundMe page with a very sweet message stating: “To the beautiful and brave Naomi, I’m sorry you have to miss it, but there always will always be more concerts. Let’s focus on getting you feeling better. I’m sending the biggest hugs to you and your family.”

Later, another video was posted on YouTube by Naomi’s uncle showing Naomi’s reaction when she first read Swift’s message. It show’s Naomi sitting on the hospital bed with a smile on her face and it can be seen that she is staring at the mobile phone’s screen in surprise. She says: “I seriously think I’m going to pass out.” And the whole room starts laughing.
