LAHORE - TUSDEC (Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company) has become a member of International Network for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (INSME) Association. The Rome-based association engaged in stimulating trans-national cooperation and public-private partnership in the field of innovation and technology transfer to SMEs. Currently it comprises 76 members from 5 continents. These members include 15 governmental bodies, 14 international organisations, 11 international NGOs and representatives of 36 networks and intermediaries acting in the field of innovation and technology transfer to SMEs. According to TUSDEC spokesman, the membership of INSME Association would help the company interact with a range of organisations with an objective of stepping up activities of technology upgradation and skill development in Pakistan.
