ISLAMABAD : Exports of sports goods decreased by 3.08 per cent during the first ten months of the current fiscal year over the corresponding period of last year. The exports of sports goods during July-April (2012-13) were recorded at $263.247m against the exports of $271.625m during July-April (2011- 12), according to the data of Pakistan bureau of Statistics. The major decrease among sports goods was witnessed in footballs, exports of which declined by 6.18 percent during the period under review. The exports of footballs decreased from $124.718m last year to $ 117.016m this year.
