OKARA - The heads of 17 public colleges of Okara district sat in a meeting to review educational activities at their institutions here.

The meeting was presided over by Director Colleges Sahiwal Division Rana Abdu-sh-Shakoor and Deputy Director Colleges Dr Rabia Akhtar. The participants reviewed and discussed the educational activities and curriculum being taught in the colleges. They threw light on ways considered crucial to enhance mental and physical capabilities of students. The director colleges apprised the participants of important decisions made in this regard.

Postgraduate College, Okara Principal Zafar Ali Tipu assured the newly-posted Deputy Director Colleges Dr Rabia Akhtar of cooperation from the principals of all public colleges for the betterment of education sector in the district. He also assured her of leaving no stone unturned in struggle to provide the students excellent teaching and learning atmosphere.
