ISLAMABAD The city police on Sunday claimed to have apprehended 13 accused in different areas of metropolis for their alleged involvement in different crimes. A spokesman for Islamabad Police said that police recovered ten bottles of wines, narcotics and 3 pistols from the custody of the nabbed accused. He said that Bhara Kahu police netted one accused identified as Azhar and recovered 4 bottles of wine from him. Similarly, Secretariat Police in an operation arrested two accused Haq Nawaz and Khan Bharan and recovered liquor bottles from them. Meanwhile, Golra Police nabbed three accused Ali, Khuram Shahzad and Nadar Mahmood and recovered one each bottle of wine from them. Whereas, Kohsar Police nabbed one accused Mahram Khan from Saidpur village and recovered 12 gram heroin from his custody. Similarly, Tarnol Police arrested an accused Asfand Yar and recovered 1010 gram 'Charas from him and in another strikes they nabbed two accused identified as Hamid Ali and Hazrat Ali and recovered two pistols from their possessions. While Shahzad Town Police arrested an accused namely Khan Nazir and recovered one 30-bore pistol from him. The spokesman said that separate cases wer registered against the nabbed accused and further investigations were underway from them.
